桃中村位于广东省清远市清新区浸潭镇西部，距镇圩约31公里。村名的来历是村址在桃源一带的中心位置，故称桃中。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1999年改为村委会，此前的1989年为管理区，1986年改设村委会，1983年为乡，1958年改为大队，1953年称桃中乡。该村原属桃源镇，后在2004年撤镇时划归浸潭镇管理。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，桃中村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
