丁坑村位于广东省清远市清新区浸潭镇西北部，距镇圩约20公里。村名的来历是此地两条坑，一条向西流，一条向北流，两坑相接形成一个“丁”字，故名丁坑。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2004年5月，桃源镇撤销，本村改由浸潭镇管辖。此前，1999年起为村委会，1989年为管理区，1986年改为村委会，1983年分设丁坑乡，1958年由望口大队改称，1953年原称望口乡。[2]
