拱水村位于广东省清远市清新区浸潭镇西北部，距镇圩约38公里。村名的来历是村中有一处地下泉水，村民将泉水引出饮用，并筑起拱形水渠，故称拱水。2019年12月，村入选第二批「国家森林乡村」名单。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2004年，新华与拱水两个村委会合并，成立拱水村委会。此前，1999年撤销管理区，改设村委会；1989年改为管理区；1986年撤乡，改为村委会；1983年撤大队改设乡；1958年改为大队；1953年为拱水乡。[1]
