浸潭镇位于广东省清远市清新区西北部，东与英德市九龙镇为邻，南面通往清新城区，西与广宁县交界，北连石潭镇。全镇下辖2个社区、30个行政村，2026年共32个村（居）。浸潭是广东省首批规划的中心镇之一，国道G107线等公路穿境而过。[1][2][4]
历史沿革[edit]
浸潭一带在明代属水池乡，清初改称滨属池水乡，民国时期为滨江区下的浸潭乡。1957年复设乡建制；1958年10月并入上游人民公社，次年6月重新分出浸潭人民公社。此后区级建制于1983年改设，镇级建制则在1986年确立。[1]
人口[edit]
维基百科依据清新区第七次全国人口普查公报，载2020年全镇人口为63393人。百度百科则载2020年户籍人口为115776人。两个数字相差甚大，本文未采用其中之一。[1][2]
博雅地名网所列为2006年末总人口102200人，该页多数数据停留在2006年前后。[3]
地理环境[edit]
镇域西北高、东南低。东部和北部为石灰岩地带，西部和南部为低山丘陵，中部河谷平原是众水汇聚的集水盆地。气候为南亚热带季风型，夏日气温高且多雨，冬季降雨偏少。[1][3]
经济[edit]
据清新区人民政府网站2026年9月的报道，浸潭镇组织各村（居）编制“我们村（社区）的新征程”五年发展计划，经村级自审、镇级初审和部门联审后形成32份计划，分别围绕产业发展、基层治理和绿美宜居三个方向。[4]
其中六甲洞村计划盘活闲置资源，建设康养庄园、民宿和研学基地，发展乡村旅游；五一村预计五年内将九成五以上农户纳入积分管理。[4]
名胜古迹[edit]
桃花湖所在的水库原叫龙须带水库，位于原桃源镇范围，后来在周边大面积种上桃树，改名为桃花湖。湖的岸线绵延约20公里；库区平均水深约37米，深处逾85米。四周峰峦环绕，属喀斯特地貌。[6]
金龙洞位于六甲洞村，是伏流式石灰岩洞穴，全长约3000米，其中地下河潜流2000余米，已开发的游程约1500米，洞内沉积形成聚宝金盆等景观。[7]
博雅地名网的镇概况还提到镇内的桃源生态旅游风景区，以及建于清光绪年间的普济桥，该页称后者为「广东第一桥」。该页的投资与规模数字较旧，本文不据以采用。[3]
文化[edit]
浸潭镇文化站与镇志愿者协会于8月19日举办“非遗传承”宋锦珍珠画手工课堂，以宋锦为底、珍珠镶嵌成画。宋锦2006年被列入「第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录」。[5]
