地名由来[edit]

村委会驻地靠近两条溪水的交汇处，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年设立合溪乡，1958年改为峡溪大队，1983年设峡溪乡。1986年首次设立峡溪村委会，1989年实行管理区体制，1999年恢复村委会建制，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2023年5月，广东省爱卫会授予「2022年广东省卫生村」称号，本村的陈家村五村名列其中。[1]
