2020年8月，白芒村列入广东省农业农村厅首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，项目为沙田柚[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

白芒先为白芒乡（1953年），1958年划作大队，1984年复为乡，1986年成立村委会，1989年纳入管理区，1998年又为村委会。2004年6月，南冲镇撤销，本村改属龙颈镇[1]。
