名称由来[edit]

村委会驻地附近有一处土名为石颈咀的田坎，又称生颈咀，村因此得名石颈。[1]

产业与古迹[edit]

村内出产的黑皮冬瓜注册了“飞来峡黑皮冬瓜”地理标志证明商标。[2]镇内的古迹中列有寺山村炮楼，位于石颈村。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

石颈村1958年设为大队，后来复设乡，1987年成为村委会，1989年曾改为管理区，1999年再次设为村委会。[1]
