高塱村是飞来峡镇下辖的行政村，也是清城区的革命老区村庄之一。高塱村的茶叶于2021年9月入选「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，名单由广东省农业农村厅在第二批中公布。[1][2][3]

产业[edit]

村子的大罗山上有成片茶园，茶叶是村内的主要特色产品。镇政府在2024年的工作总结中提到，借助帮扶资金扩建了高塱村的竹笋加工厂。[2]

革命老区[edit]

飞来峡镇的文洞、西坑、高塱、旧岭、高田、石颈6个村（居）共82个自然村，经广东省人民政府批准，被认定为“清城区革命老区村庄”，高塱村是其中之一。[3]
