飞来峡镇是广东省清远市清城区下辖的镇，位于清城区东部、北江中下游。东面与佛冈县龙山镇相接，南面是源潭镇和东城街道，西面为清新区禾云镇，北面与英德市黎溪镇为邻。镇域面积371.55平方千米，镇政府驻地在升平。[1][2][3]

镇内的飞来峡水利枢纽是广东省规模最大的综合性水利工程，天子山瀑布和飞来岛度假村是主要的游览地。全镇2004年由原清新县的三个镇合并设立，2009年划归清城区管辖。[1][5][6]

历史沿革[edit]

2004年5月14日，原清新县的江口、升平、高田三镇撤并，组成飞来峡镇，仍归清新县管辖。2009年3月3日，飞来峡镇改由清城区管辖。[1]

镇内的圩市形成得较早。江口圩建于南宋淳熙年间（1178至1180年），最先是南海县商人白氏在此开店，称长聚市，后因位于潖江汇入北江的入口，改称潖江口圩。横石圩是镇内最早形成的圩市，北宋年间建圩，初名横石寨，清朝时改称横石圩。高田圩形成于明朝成化年间，约在1487年前后，原名黄峒市，后改为高田圩。[1]

2005年8月，飞来峡镇被广东省人民政府批准为「省级沙糖桔专业镇」。[3]

地理环境[edit]

飞来峡镇地处北江中下游，一河两岸，属亚热带季风气候，气候温和湿润。地形西北高、东南低，多为丘陵山地。[1][2][3]

镇内的飞来峡水利枢纽以防洪为核心功能，并兼顾航运、发电与供水。它管控的北江流域面积约占七成三，库容规模为19.04亿立方米。[6]

人口与行政区划[edit]

2018年户籍人口84918人。2019年，全镇下辖7个社区和18个行政村。[2]

经济[edit]

全镇耕地面积约5.84万亩，农产品有清远鸡、黑皮冬瓜、茶叶、柑橘、乌鬃鹅和竹笋。石颈村的黑皮冬瓜注册了“飞来峡黑皮冬瓜”地理标志证明商标。[1]

清远市预制菜产业园一期位于石梨村，镇政府2023年的介绍称其总投资约8亿元。清远港飞来峡作业区公用码头于2024年11月完成千吨级首船靠泊试机，此后进入试运营。[1][4]

名胜古迹[edit]

天子山瀑布位于西坑村一带，景区内竹海连片，山泉顺山谷流下，形成多级瀑布群。飞来岛四面环水，设有度假村。[1][5]

文洞村的文洞革命根据地纪念碑纪念1940年成立的文洞党支部，清城区政府在2011年把它列为不可移动文物。[1]
