历史沿革[edit]
1951年有灵洲乡之设。1958年，灵洲大队与乐排大队（今新基村）并为大布大队；到1980年才重新分成两个大队。此后1983年成为乡，1987年改称村委会，1989年划为管理区，1999年再次定为村委会。[1][2]
