迎咀村是广东省清远市清城区源潭镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西南部。[1]

村内以陈皮柑种植和加工为主要产业，同时发展种鹅养殖。2025年，村里的陈皮加工厂投入生产。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年成立乡政府时，村名定为迎咀。此后村制几经变动：1958年为大队，1983年为乡，1987年改设村委会，1990年一度设为管理区，1999年再改为村委会，沿用至今。[1]

2023年，村面向全村公开招聘3名年轻村干部。截至2024年初，村两委干部7人，聘用干部3人，全体平均年龄接近39岁，学历在大专以上的占七成。村党总支与大连村党总支开展党建共建，并建立了「迎咀——大连党建共建制度」。[2]

经济[edit]

2022年，村党总支书记陈记权带头种下30亩陈皮柑，之后乡贤和村民陆续参与，到2024年初种植规模达到180亩。[2] 2025年，种植面积扩至800亩，首期30亩已收成，陈皮加工厂正式投产，达产后产值预计超过2000万元，可带动约300名群众就近就业。[3]

陈皮柑种植与加工项目总投资约1300万元，由镇属源农公司、村集体控股的清远迎盛生态农业发展有限公司与第三方公司共同投资经营，一二三产业联动。销售依托镇级的农产品产销链平台。[2]

村里还发展了种鹅养殖，据2024年初的报道，种鹅年产量达1000万只。[2]

文化[edit]

据2025年的工作报告，迎咀村与新马村、青龙村同为省级文明实践示范点。[3]
