新马村是广东省清远市清城区源潭镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西北部。[1]

村内耕地用于粮食和经济作物生产，近年引入农文康旅融合项目，稻虾共生与山苏种植带动周边农户增收。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年村址设新马乡，1958年为大队，1983年又为乡，1987年改设村委会，1989年底改为管理区，1999年回到村委会的名称，沿用至今。[1]

经济[edit]

村里一块1280亩的闲置土地经盘活后，引入了6000万元资金，建设「飞霞龙田」项目，该项目规划为高端农文康旅融合发展项目。项目内有126亩稻虾共生田，首批成虾于2025年6月上市；另有8.3亩山苏示范种植区，2025年7月完成首次采收。[2]

据源潭镇的报告，项目亩均年收益约2.5万元，以租金加薪金的方式带动周边936户农户，每年合计增收逾311万元。[2]

2023年，新马村委会位于「源来有你」乡村振兴示范带沿线。示范带精品线路全长约21千米，以源潭圩为中心，串联新马村、大连村、迎咀村、金星村和新田社区等5个村（居）委会。[3]

文化[edit]

据2025年的工作报告，新马村与迎咀村、青龙村同为省级文明实践示范点。该报告同时称，新马村于2025年5月底被纳入广东省第三批典型村培育名单。[2]
