2024年5月，丽清花园的健康驿站揭牌，它由社区居委会、小区物业与卫生服务中心合作设立，医务人员在揭牌当天开展了高血压、糖尿病筛查等义诊。驿站日常由社区居委会与志愿者服务团队维护，每月安排家庭医生坐诊。[2]
2026年7月，振南社区与「凤创社会工作事务中心」、「广东岭南职业技术学院」的「青翼童治」突击队共同培育「邻里小当家·儿童知行团」，其暑期实践营结营时，由儿童自主设摊运营游园会。[3]
