洲心街道属广东省清远市清城区，位于北江南岸的中下游一段。它的东面与源潭镇相接，南面挨着龙塘镇，西面与横荷街道毗邻，北面隔江同凤城、东城两街道相望。清远市委、市政府的驻地就在辖区之内。街道于2003年6月由原洲心镇与小市街道办事处合并而成。[1][2][4][5]

辖区面积80.10平方千米，既有城区社区，也保有耕地和伦洲岛等乡村地域。农村社区中绝大部分土地（逾九成五）被纳入城市规划控制范围。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

洲心一带本是北江中的沙洲，明代渐有人聚居，聚落称洲心圩，地名由此而来。[5]

洲心在1958年成为公社，1986年升为镇。1988年清远建市设区，同年6月25日，洲心镇归入清城区。[4][5]

2003年6月，洲心镇与小市街道办事处被撤并，合为洲心街道办事处，经省民政厅批准，同月28日挂牌成立。[4][5]

行政区划与人口[edit]

2024年12月发布的街道概况把全街分为22个社区居委会并逐一列名，另设202个村民小组，户籍家庭6万余户、户籍人口19.66万人。2025年5月的概况改称下辖24个社区居委会，户籍人口约20.19万，常住人口约28.82万（人口普查数）。两份概况的社区数与人口并不一致，本条目按各自年份分别注明。[1][2]

博雅地名网载，第七次全国人口普查显示，2021年全街人口约24.07万，在清城区各街道、镇中居第二位。[5]

2024年11月，街道就拟新设南岸社区与富民社区的建设方案及四至范围公开征求意见。[9][10]

经济[edit]

2023年的数字为：规模以上工业产值25.6亿元，商品销售（营业收入）185.6亿元，其中零售额33.7亿元。[2]

工业园在清远大道与连石路的交点南侧，2004年投用，共605亩（约40万平方米）。区内15家企业以金属制品、电热类产品、线材与定制家具为主。[2]

商圈有「顺盈时代广场」「美吉特华南装饰城」「清远博皇家居」等。[2]

农业与乡村[edit]

耕地确权面积19856.63亩，永久基本农田约1136772平方米，涉及洲沙、沥头、青联、沙湖、联岗和伦洲6个社区。2023年撂荒耕地复耕，据概况，全部295亩可复耕图斑均已复耕。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

七星岗塔在北江一路东端，靠近北江江边。1921年，原洲心镇的农户集资建成此塔。塔为八角五层的仿楼阁式建筑，青砖砌墙，高近20米。[5]

适耕园建于1930年，为二层砖木结构建筑，占地190平方米，现为区级文物保护单位。[1][3]

辖区列有6处不可移动文物保护单位：「七星岗塔」（市级）、「适耕园」（区级），另有「素元汤公祠」「连石村石梁桥」「郑公明德祠」「北江船厂旧址」。[1]

街道内有3A级景区1个，即飞霞山景区。飞霞山为省级风景名胜区，道教称其为第十九福地。[1][6]

伦洲岛位于北江飞来峡口外水域，面积约2平方千米，岛上有沙滩、耕地与林地。2022年一次超百年一遇的洪水使岸坡坍塌，此后经修复工程稳固了岸线。[7]

文化[edit]

洲心烧肉以古法柴窑烧制、只用盐调味，据街道概况已有200多年历史；街道另有洲心烧鸡、洲心大粥等特色美食。[1][8]

非物质文化遗产中，「清远白切鸡烹饪技艺」列为省级，市级有3项，区级有19项。[1]

著名人物[edit]

博雅地名网将革命烈士向秀丽（1933～1959）列为洲心街道的相关名人。[5]
