地理环境[edit]
居委会占地约1.5平方千米。北面与清新县城中心相连，西与滨江河畔的太和、飞水相邻，城西大道穿过辖区中部[2]。
经济[edit]
街道与田龙社区望天狮村民小组共同设立清远市田龙振兴物业发展有限公司，借土地出租的方式，把城西大道旁的空地重新用起来。另有一座中化石油田龙加油站，由强村利民公司与一家第三方公司合建，项目预计每年收益460万元[3]。
田龙社区盘活了约40亩闲置的农民实业用地，用来建设清城区邮政快递分拣中心（凤城仓）。该中心投资约8000万元，建筑面积超过1.5万平方米，预计每年为村集体增收约160万元[3]。
文化[edit]
社区在农房外立面改造中采用压檐口、亮墙身、加脚线、描腰线、画门窗的“五步法”，引入“莫兰迪色”工艺，改造成本下降60%以上[3]。
