寨吉村位于阳春市双窖镇境内，是镇下辖的行政村[1][2]。

村名与历史沿革[edit]

百度百科载，明朝时期瑶族居民把此地统称为旱田寨脚[2]。清顺治年间（1644年至1661年），汉人迁来建村，因盼望吉祥，改名寨吉[1]。1949年设立乡，1958年称大队，之后1983年改乡政府，1986年改村委会，1989年划为管理区。1999年2月5日，阳春市政府另设寨吉村委会[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，寨吉村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
