凤来村是阳春市潭水镇下辖的行政村。民国时期，此地从凤翔划出，设立凤来乡。[1]
村内的灯心塘村有一处刘氏家宅，为清代古建筑，2021年8月列为「阳春市第二批县级文物保护单位」。[2][3]
