石菉村是阳春市马水镇下辖的行政村。清道光年间（1821至1850年），人们在西山山麓以南建起石菉圩，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时此地设石菉乡，1951年分设小乡，名称仍为石菉乡。1958年成为大队，1983年转为乡政府，1986年改设村委会，1989年改称管理区。1999年3月7日，经阳春市政府批准，石菉村委会得以设立，并延续至今。[1]
