历史沿革[edit]

清康熙年间（1662至1722年），杨氏与蔡氏两族的村民自信宜县迁入，合建惠周寨。1951年设乡，1958年改为大队，1983年改设乡政府，1986年设村委会，1989年改设管理区。1999年2月5日，经阳春市政府批准设立村委会。[1]
