简东村是广东省阳江市阳春市石望镇下辖的行政村，其地在明崇祯年间已建罗河村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，该地于明崇祯年间（1628—1644年）建有罗河村。1958年，自简明大队析出东部的罗河、棠梨根等十个自然村，另立简东大队。此后设乡政府、村委会，1989年改管理区，1999年定名为简东村委会。[1]

荣誉与产业[edit]

2021年9月，简东村入选广东省农业农村厅公布的第二批“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村名单，以蛋鸡列入。[1]

2022年1月简东村获广东省乡村振兴局列入2021年度创建名单，属乡村治理示范村一类。[1]

2023年10月，辖内6个村入选2023年度阳江市卫生村。[1]
