北河村是松柏镇的行政村，城乡分类为村庄。该村的前身与原圭岗区的北河乡有关。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村地原属圭岗区北河乡。1951年土地改革之后，这里分为北河、双黄、云容三个片。1958年因人民公社设北河大队，1983年起为乡政府，1986年成村委会，1989年称管理区。[1]

1999年3月，阳春市人民政府同意组建北河村委会，此名沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，北河村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
