历史沿革[edit]
明永乐年间建有罗阳圩，又称分界圩。圩中两座亭子之间的巷道，是当年罗定与阳春两地的分界线，村名由此而来。[1]
1949年设罗阳乡，1958年称罗阳大队，之后为乡政府（1983年）、村委会（1986年）和管理区（1989年）。1999年3月，经阳春市政府批准，罗阳村委会设立。[1]
经济[edit]
2021年9月，罗阳村以茶叶入选第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单。[1]
文化[edit]
2021年12月，罗阳村委会的柚柑一村获「2021年度阳江市卫生村」称号。[1]
