历史沿革[edit]
1949年设乡，1958年为大队，之后依次为乡政府（1983年）、村委会（1986年）和管理区（1989年）。[2]
1999年3月，石忽村委会经阳春市政府批准设立。[2]
文化[edit]
2021年12月，石忽村委会下的新寨村、虎头岗村、官屋地村同获「2021年度阳江市卫生村」称号。[2]
