旧仓村位于阳西县新圩镇，城乡分类属村庄（代码220），与河角村、古井村、田心村等村相邻。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

旧仓在1949年属阳江县六区，1953年划入十五区并开设旧仓乡，1956年归儒洞乡。1958年11月并入人民公社，同年12月归入儒洞人民公社，1959年成立旧仓生产大队，1961年划归新墟人民公社。1967年成立革命委员会，1980年变为生产大队管委会，1983年开设旧仓乡，由新墟区管辖。1987年2月成立村委会，隶属新墟镇；1989年10月建立管理区，1999年村委会重新设立。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，旧仓村入选2018年度广东省民主法治示范创建名录。[1]

阳江市2021年度卫生村名单中，旧仓村委会下辖的新圩垌村与瓮塘村入选，名单公布于2021年12月。[1]
