田安村位于阳西县新圩镇，城乡分类属村庄（代码220）。1976年，它自田心生产大队分出，设为田安生产大队。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

田安在1949年属阳江县七区，1953年为十七区陂底乡所辖，1956年归儒洞区新墟乡。1958年5月归儒洞乡，同年底改归入儒洞人民公社，1959年成立田心生产大队，1961年划归儒洞区新墟人民公社。1976年，田安自田心生产大队中分出，另成立生产大队。1983年开设田安乡，由新墟区管辖；1987年成立村委会，隶属新墟镇；1989年建立管理区，1999年村委会重新设立至今。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2022年1月，田安村经广东省乡村振兴局认定，成为2021年广东省乡村治理示范村的创建对象。[1]

2026年1月，田安村获评广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村。[1]

阳江市2021年度卫生村名单中，田安村的乐安村与进和村入选，名单公布于2021年12月。[1]
