黄什村位于阳西县程村镇，前身是1949年11月设立的黄什行政村。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年10月此地属阳江县六区，同年11月设黄什行政村。1953年划入阳江县十二区，1956年归程村区。1957年2月成立黄什村乡，1958年11月并入大跃进人民公社，1963年2月转入程村人民公社。[2]

1967年起设黄什村革命委员会，1980年改称黄什村生产大队管委会，1983年起设黄什乡。1987年2月组建黄什村委会，1988年阳西建县后属阳西县程村镇；1989年9月改称黄什管理区，1999年9月恢复黄什村委会。[2]

文化[edit]

2021年度「阳江市卫生村」名单中，大窝村、黄什村、田光村于2021年12月入选。2023年度的同名荣誉有冼村、军屯村、黄什圩村（2023年10月确定）。2023年4月，黄什村在2022年度乡村治理示范村创建名单之列。[1]
