联甡村位于阳西县织篢镇，村名取两个较大村庄联合之意。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村中有甡元村、新庄村两个较大的村庄，“甡”与“新”在阳江话中读音相同，取联合两村之意，故名联甡。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

联甡1949年属阳江县第六区，1953年在第十三区称岑甡乡。1956年归织篢区，1958年5月属织篢乡，年末属织篢人民公社。1959年改为联甡生产大队，1983年设联甡乡，1986年改设村委会。1988年属阳西县织篢镇，1989年改为管理区，2012年复设村委会。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，联甡村入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
