石桥铺村位于阳西县织篢镇，村名源于明代的一座石桥和桥边的茶水铺。2026年3月，村被认定为广东省“百千万工程”典型村镇。[1]

地名由来[edit]

明建文四年（1402年），石桥人在连湖河上建成一座石桥；后有人在桥边开设茶水铺，过路行人便称此地为石桥铺。村委会驻地设于此，村名沿用。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

石桥铺1949年属阳江县第六区，1953年划入第十三区，设石桥铺乡。1956年隶属织篢区的篢北乡，1958年5月合入织篢乡；同年11月转入大跃进人民公社，年底改属织篢人民公社。1959年设石桥生产大队，1961年改隶篢北人民公社，1963年又归织篢人民公社。1967年成立石桥铺革命委员会，1980年恢复为生产大队管委会。1983年设乡，1987年改设村委会，1988年归阳西县织篢镇，1989年设管理区，2012年再复设村委会。[2]

2026年3月，村被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
