蒲牌社区位于织篢镇，因在蒲牌村委会辖区之内而得名。此处的建制变动较多，2003年随蒲牌镇并入织篢镇。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

社区位于蒲牌村委会管辖的地域范围之内，故名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年，此地先称蒲牌大队，后改为蒲牌管理区。1983年从蒲牌村委会分离出来，成立蒲牌圩管理区。1987年蒲牌撤区改乡，此地随之改为蒲牌圩居民委员会，1999年又改称蒲牌居委会。2003年秋，蒲牌镇撤销并入织篢，此地归织篢镇管辖，名称至今未变。[1][2]
