东岸林区是阳江市国有阳江林场的一部分，地处阳东区，夹在红丰镇、塘坪镇与大八镇之间。林区一带山岭连绵，位于阳江城区北面，是城区的生态屏障。阳江林场东岸分场以林区管护为主要工作，近年依托绿美阳江建设，规划了东岸森林公园。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

这片林地的前身，是1962年建立国营阳江林场时已连成一片的山林。上世纪60年代，有关部门按绿化广东的安排，在这里进行大面积飞播造林，马尾松和台湾相思也是当时在山岭间扎根的树种。[2]

据百度百科，阳江林场东岸分场成立于2005年10月18日。[1]

2010年，林区开始设立东岸森林公园。[2] 2018年3月，阳江市四套班子领导到漠地垌水库一带植树，东岸森林公园的建设随之推进：规划面积83000亩，并配有环湖绿道和观景水榭，纳入绿美阳江生态建设体系。[1]

2025年起，林区结合现代林业三产融合，逐步完善道路和生态设施。目前东岸省级森林公园仍在规划建设中，林区所在片区被划入广东省绿美阳江现代林业三产融合的建设项目。[2]

地理环境[edit]

东岸岭的山脊连绵起伏，最高海拔580多米，林区地处阳东区红丰、塘坪、大八三镇之间。[2]

林区内有三座水库。报道中写作漠地洞水库，位于山谷之中；百度百科写作漠地垌水库。[1][2]

森林资源与管护[edit]

据林区管护部副部长郑德常介绍，林区森林覆盖率在92%以上，管护面积8万余亩。近年林区引进红花天料木、红锥、黑木相思等树种，以增加生态价值。[2]

林区专职护林员和管护站护林员的职责包括森林防火宣传与火源管控，监测病虫害和有害生物，巡查盗伐滥伐，保护野生动植物。每逢清明、重阳这样的防火关键期，护林员蹲守重点地段，并清理道路两侧的易燃物。[2]
