阳江林场宝山分场隶属阳东区，是阳江林场下设的分场之一，同属的还有田畔分场、东岸分场。[1] 维基百科的阳东区条目在下辖单位之中列出了它，与阳江林场田畔分场、阳东原种场、阳东林场等一并列出。[3]

苗圃与种质资源[edit]

据阳江新闻2026年7月的报道（报道称「宝山林区」，未写分场之名），阳江林场宝山林区管护部的苗圃占地约1000亩，报道称这是阳江市目前规模最大的苗圃基地，年生产优质苗木200万株以上。苗木以黑木相思、红锥、红花天料木、荷木、火力楠等乡土阔叶树种为主。[4]

报道称，宝山林区在2017年获得「广东省十大优质种苗基地」称号，2022年晋升为省级保障性苗圃。林场内建有省级林木种质资源库，面积1804亩，保存13个树种、1450份种质资源。[4]

据百度百科，阳东区境内设有花卉苗木生产基地，属广东省林木种苗基地，2023年定向育苗170万株，培育红花天料木、黑木相思等树种。[1]

苗圃的技术工作由两名林业高级工程师和八名林业工程师承担，并依托广东省林业科学研究院二十余年的技术支持，全面推行轻基质容器育苗。[4] 报道时，该林场一位高级工程师介绍，2025年育苗257万株，2026年育苗约160万株，苗木供应阳江及周边县市，也销往深圳、广州、珠海。[4]

苗圃还依托中央财政科技推广项目，开展红花天料木和交趾黄檀的轻基质育苗，已培育30万株壮苗。[4]
