马曹村是广东省阳江市江城区城北街道下辖的行政村，属城乡结合区，邮政编码为529500。[1]
村名来自当地“五马归槽”的典故。[1] 1941年3月5日，村里的武装壮丁队在马鞍山伏击过日寇。[1] 村子于2006年8月31日改属城北街道。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年11月，马曹设为行政村；1953年改为乡，1958年11月称管理区。此后曾先后设生产大队和革委会，1983年设马曹乡，1987年改为村委会，1999年5月4日复设村委会。[2]
2022年1月，省级的乡村振兴部门把该村列为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」的创建对象；此前，该村于2019年9月入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
经济[edit]
据百度百科，2023年阳江市委领导到该村考察，提出加快城中村改造，并要求整合资源壮大集体经济。[3]
