万和村是东源县黄村镇下辖的行政村。村名取「万和」之意，寓意家和万事兴，村民盼望家家户户和睦相处。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年此地归第九区的万和乡所辖；1958年起称为万和大队；1983年改为万和乡，1987年设万和管理区，1999年由县政府批准成立村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

万和村于2024年3月获评：2023年广东省卫生村。[1]
