义合村是东源县义合镇下辖的行政村，村名「义合」取自明初苏、缪、甘三姓人家相互扶持、讲求情义的旧事。[1]

地名由来[edit]

此地是久社沥与东江的汇合处，原称「贰合」。明洪武年间，苏、缪、甘三姓人家定居于此，彼此团结互助，共同开发土地，为表情义，改名「义合」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年为义合大队，1983年改为义合乡，1987年改为义合管理区。2005年，义合村、三合村与抚州村合为一村，并设立义合村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2026年3月，义合村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]

苏家围[edit]

苏家围是义合村下辖的自然村，位于东江与久社河汇流的地方，是北宋文豪苏东坡后裔的聚居地。[2][4]

2019年6月，苏家围被收入第五批中国传统村落。村中的义峰苏公祠建于明末，原先是苏义峰的光化堂，后来改作祠堂，现为河源市文物保护单位。[4][3]
