冼川村位于广东省河源市东源县上莞镇。村中罗姓村民为纪念开基祖罗经会，取其号「冼川」作为村名[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1958年为先锋大队，1983年改为冼川乡，1987年成为冼川管理区。1999年，村委会经东源县政府批准设立，名称沿用至今[1][2]。

文化[edit]

2026年3月，冼川村被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」[1]；2023年5月，广东省爱卫会授予该村「2022年广东省卫生村」称号[1]；2019年9月，冼川村上榜「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单[1]。
