上欧村属东源县骆湖镇，是镇辖的行政村之一。[1]

村名与欧阳氏有关：欧阳氏人家定居后，依小河的上段取名上欧。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

欧阳氏族人自河源船塘迁来后，于明弘治十一年（1498年）在此立村。[1]

1958年此地设为上欧大队，1983年改设上欧乡，1987年改称上欧管理区。1999年起，上欧村委会经县政府批准成立，至今沿用。[1]

文化[edit]

2024年3月，上欧村获评2023年广东省卫生村称号。[1]
