楼镇村是和平县林寨镇下辖的行政村，区划代码441624116204。[1] 据传，村名来自旧时此地的一座大楼，当地视其为林寨镇的宝楼。[3] 1999年设立村民委员会，沿用至今。[2] 据规划，林寨古村的重点保护范围也包括楼镇村。[4]

据传，此地旧有一座大楼被当作林寨镇的宝楼，后来人们在其周围建房定居，村因此得名。[3]
