石镇村是和平县林寨镇下辖的行政村，区划代码441624116202。[1] 村名来自解放后兴农大队与下正大队合并时，两村各取一字的做法。[3] 据《林寨村保护规划》，林寨村由石镇村与兴井村两个行政村组成，石镇村境内有林寨古村的一部分。[4] 2024年，石镇村典型村选树培育项目的概算获得批复，总投资218.32万元。[5]

地名由来[edit]

解放后，兴农大队与下正大队合并，两个村子各取一字，村名由此而来。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

1999年，石镇村设立村民委员会，沿用至今。[2]

古村与文物[edit]

规划所称的林寨村由石镇、兴井两个行政村组成，石镇村的下正片区为历史村落的重点规划范围之一。[4] 2006年，河源市人民政府公布林寨镇古建筑群为市级文物保护单位，其中包括石镇村的大夫第。[4]

典型村建设[edit]

2024年，石镇村典型村选树培育项目的初步设计概算获得批复，项目总投资218.32万元，资金由驻镇帮扶资金安排解决。[5] 项目内容包括村容村貌提升，铺设植草砖路面130.22平方米，并对房屋外立面进行升级改造，外墙漆约6886.59平方米。[5] 2025年和平县政府工作报告提到，石镇村是推进建设的25个典型村之一。[6]
