历史沿革[edit]
1948年，林寨区、礼士乡与澄心一带合并，设为澄心村第七保。1958年，这里成为梅坝大队。1999年，村民委员会正式设立，延续至今。[1]
产业[edit]
油茶是村内的主导产业，种植面积2000余亩，村中设「平安油坊」从事加工。百度百科另记有苹果蜜柿、四季茶花的种植和农光互补项目，并称该村申请注册了「梅坝振兴」「平安梅坝」两个商标。百度百科称该村是典型的“空心村”，山多地少。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，本村进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1] 2023年4月，「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单公布，梅坝村位列其中。[1]
