2004年，丰洋村设立村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
2019年9月，丰洋村在广东省2018年民主法治示范村的创建名录中上榜。[1] 2026年3月，丰洋村进入第三批百千万工程典型村镇之列。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
和平县人民政府介绍的镇内风景名胜中，石人坑的石人峰位于丰洋村。[2]
