电光村位于和平县贝墩镇，是镇内十五个行政村之一。[1][2]

该村2021年获评「2021年广东省卫生村」，2025年5月被授予「2022年度和平县文明村镇」称号。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据称村名来自一位名叫电光的老人。[1]

早先叫吉坑，之后称电光大队；1984年改设石村乡政府，1988年起称电光管理区，1999年起称电光村村民委员会。[1]

文化[edit]

2025年5月，该村被授予「2022年度和平县文明村镇」称号。[1]

2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予该村「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号。[1]

2019年9月，该村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
