优胜镇是广东省河源市和平县下辖的镇，位于县境东北部，辖区面积114.44平方千米，境内山林面积9866.67公顷，属林业镇之列。全镇下辖1个居委会和8个村委会，大米、茶油、香菇是本地的主要农产品。[1][4]

地名原指一片油竹林，早年此地称油竹坝，新中国成立后改称优胜圩，1994年设镇。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期，优胜一带属广三图，时称黎坑方。民国初年，因此地曾盛产油竹，一度改名油竹坝，又称油镇，划归三民乡管辖。新中国成立初设优胜乡。1958年至1960年间，优胜先与下车、长塘合为浰东公社，其后分出设优胜公社；1987年恢复为优胜乡，1994年改设优胜镇。[2][3]

地理环境[edit]

优胜镇位于和平县东北部，东面与长塘镇、贝墩镇接壤，南面紧邻彭寨镇，西面与上陵镇、大坝镇、阳明镇相连，北面靠下车镇，距县城约48千米。[1] 全镇地形以丘陵为主，年平均温度18℃，属亚热带季风气候。优胜河斜贯全境，省道S229线穿镇而过。[2][4]

境内有穿山甲、雉鸡等珍稀动物，矿产有稀土、珍珠岩。[5]

人口[edit]

和平县人民政府网站称，全镇总人口约1.87万人。[1] 博雅地名网引第七次全国人口普查结果，将优胜镇人口列为7400人，居全县各镇第14位；两处数字相差甚大，此处并存，以备核实。[2]

经济[edit]

据2015年统计，全镇农业总产值9095万元，粮食播种面积1280.8公顷。[4] 本地种茶的历史较长，所产茶叶驰名粤北。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

雪山嶂位于下车镇、长塘镇与优胜镇三地交界处，海拔803米，清代曾名英山。山上的紫微大帝庙建于清嘉庆年间，此后成为粤赣边境道教信众的朝拜之地。[6] 2018年起，该山地划入和平下车县级自然保护区，属其核心区，核心区中南部片区约915.4公顷。[6]

著名人物[edit]

何先觉（1923～1979），优胜镇人。1940年考入四联中学，次年春加入中国共产党，此后以教书为掩护从事革命工作，直至家乡解放。[2]
