狮形村是和平县下车镇下辖的行政村。村内有狮形岗，山形如狮，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初期，此地属河岺乡人民政府。1956年农业合作化时，河岺分设河排与狮形两个农业社。“文革”期间狮形合作社改为前丰大队；1968年河岺两个大队合并为东风大队；1975年又分设，狮形重新称为狮形大队。1999年设立狮形村村民委员会。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

2023年5月，狮形村获广东省爱卫会授予2022年广东省卫生村称号。[1]
