坪地村是阳明镇下辖的行政村。村委会驻地的地势较为平坦，村名由此而来。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1955年设坪地初级社，五十年代中期又改为高级社，1958年划入人民公社，称坪地生产大队。[1]

近年建设[edit]

2024年11月，阳明镇公示《和平县阳明镇坪地村典型村规划》草案，规划范围为全村所辖地域，面积约8.77平方千米，公示期为2024年11月13日至12月13日。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2025年5月，村获评和平县2022年度文明村镇；2026年1月，获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
