柘陂村是连平县忠信镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的南端，为革命老区。村名原作「蔗坡」，因早年坡地多种甘蔗而得名，后因「蔗」与「柘」同音，改为柘陂。抗日战争和解放战争时期，中共连平县委曾以柘陂村的华南小学为临时活动据点。村内现存华南小学党组织活动旧址、吴建昌烈士纪念碑等红色遗迹。[2][3]

此地为半丘陵地形，早年多种甘蔗，故初名蔗坡，因「蔗」「柘」同音，后写作柘陂。[1]

2022年1月，村庄被确定为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位；2024年1月，被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]

经济[edit]

村内以黑蒜为特色产业，采用「公司+合作社+农户」模式发展种植业。2020年8月，柘陂村列入广东省首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单（黑蒜）。百度百科称该村以红玫瑰、黑蒜、紫珠药草为特色产业。[1][2]
