田西村是广东省河源市连平县田源镇下辖的行政村。因地处镇西部，水田多而地势平坦，村名由此而来。村境内有梅洞口战斗旧址，博雅地名网将村庄的城乡分类定为镇乡结合区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1976年起，此地设为田西大队；1983年改为田西乡，1987年改为田西管理区，1999年以后称田西村民委员会[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

梅洞口战斗旧址在村中的梅洞口，与1948年3月连南地方部队的一次战斗有关[1]。

文化[edit]

2021年9月，田西村因铁皮石斛被纳入省级“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村的第二批名单[1]。

2024年3月，村庄获得2023年广东省卫生村称号[1]。
