梅洞村位于广东省河源市连平县隆街镇。传说古时此处长有许多杨梅树，原名杨梅村，解放前改称梅洞村。谢、黄、叶、江、张等姓的先人自外地迁入，此后在村中繁衍。[1]

清代人物黄叔显即为梅洞人，他于乾隆元年中举，乾隆十年中进士。[2]
沿革[edit]
1987年梅洞大队改设管理区，1999年5月管理区撤销，此后由村委会管理。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年9月，梅洞村列入广东省农业农村厅公布的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，产业为水产养殖。[1]
2025年3月，梅洞村被命名为第七届全国文明村镇。2026年1月，村庄获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
