隆东村位于广东省河源市连平县隆街镇，原属隆兴村。1978年冬，因村民居住在隆兴村的东片，遂与隆兴村分拆设村，取名隆东。[1]

沿革与荣誉[edit]

1987年隆东大队改为管理区，1999年5月管理区撤销，改由村委会管理。[1]

广东省爱卫会于2023年5月把2022年广东省卫生村称号授予该村。[1]
