地名由来[edit]

村名取自原先的一个小村子，该村形似池塘，故名“径塘”。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初这里属新田乡，1957年后划入大岭管理区，1958年分出，设为径塘大队。1983年属大岭乡，1987年设村委会，1989年设径塘管理区，1999年再设村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，径塘村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2023年5月，广东省爱卫会授予「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]

产业[edit]

据2025年上半年的镇工作总结，径塘村有一支建筑施工队，规模在100至200人之间，年营业额约1000万元。[2]
