新德村是广东省河源市龙川县黄石镇下辖的行政村，城乡分类为村庄。[1]该村原由象湖、德塘两个自然村合并而成，初名象德村，后因新建房屋增多改称新德村。[1]国土空间总体规划将其列为一般村。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

清朝年间，此地称象德。解放后隶属第八区黄石乡，1952年归龙湖乡。[1] 1958年至1983年间为新德大队，1983年并入龙垇乡，1987年为村民委员会，1989年改为管理区，1999年设村委会。[1]

2023年5月，该村获评「2022年广东省卫生村」。[1] 2019年9月，该村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
